Delete your Eden account

Eden is made by Mahi Labs. You can delete your Eden account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

Open Eden → Settings → Profile and account → Delete account, and confirm. It happens at once, on iPhone and Android alike.

Without the app

Email mahilabs.dev@gmail.com from the email address you sign in to Eden with (for Sign in with Apple or Google, the address that account uses), with the subject “Delete my Eden account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address first.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Everything you told Eden: captures and their words, Seeds and their links, people, places, life areas, projects and your profile.
• Usage records (which AI model ran and what it cost).
• Connections to assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT.

It is removed from Eden’s servers permanently and cannot be undone. Captures still waiting on a phone are cleared from that phone when you delete in the app; if you ask by email, uninstall Eden to clear them.
