Using Eden
Eden is made by Mahi Labs. By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You need to be at least 13 to use Eden. Keep your sign-in safe: what is done with your account is your responsibility.
Your content
What you tell Eden stays yours. You give Mahi Labs only the permission needed to store it, process it (including with the AI services named in the privacy policy, once you allow it) and show it back to you. You can export it or delete it at any time.
What AI gets wrong
Eden uses AI to split, sort, date and answer, and AI can be wrong: a date misread, a Seed in the wrong place, an answer that misses something. When Eden is unsure it asks, and every change can be undone, but check anything that matters before you rely on it. Eden is not medical, legal or financial advice, and not an emergency service.
Reminders and alerts
Reminders, place alerts and calendar entries depend on your phone’s settings, its battery, and iOS or Android. We do our best to bring things back at the right time, but cannot promise every alert arrives.
Fair use
Don’t use Eden to break the law, to harm others, or to attack or overload the service. Each account has a daily AI limit so the service stays fair and affordable.
Changes and ending
Eden is new and will change. We may add, change or remove features. You can stop using Eden and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
Eden is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Mahi Labs is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by something Eden missed or got wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
